Fund Administrator

About the role: The individual will assist with the servicing a portfolio of funds and other structures. He/She will liaise with fund manager clients, third parties and other external advisors necessary to ensure smooth operation of the structure and to ensure that deadlines are met. Specific responsibilities include reviewing of NAVs, liaise with clients ensure that a high level of service is provided to our clients. Duties & Responsibilities: Reviewing of NAVs in a timely manner and within agreed deadlines. Train and assist junior staff members. Ensure daily deadlines are met. Propose ideas to improve procedures. Liaising with investment managers, auditors & other service providers. Compilation of regulatory filings. Statutory reporting, where applicable. Assist the Team lead and Manager in other queries as required. 3+ years' experience in fund administration Strong understanding of NAV calculation processes, fund structures, and valuation principles Proven experience in reviewing NAV packs and ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements Confident in acting as a key point of contact for clients and team, with strong relationship management skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Excel Nice to Have Experience in mentoring or training junior team members, with the ability to transfer knowledge effectively Familiarity with industry systems and tools used in fund administration Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA or equivalent), or in progress Experience working directly with auditors and regulatory reporting Experience with a variety of fund types (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, etc.) Remuneration We are committed to attracting and selecting top people to join our team.
