To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have: thinking professionals who thrive in complexity A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferable). No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Bulgarian language. Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship). Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making. Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges. Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments. Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
