Job Description (Proprietary Trader)

You have a profitable trading strategy with a strong track record and possess analytical skills. If you're in search of a challenge in the Forex, CFDs or Futures markets, then this might be your dream job!

As a proprietary Trader, you'll have the opportunity to trade with firm capital and manage accounts with up to eight-figure values. Your compensation will be based on a commission/profit split model, offering unlimited earnings potential based on your performance.

We welcome both algorithmic (automated) and manual (discretionary) traders for this role.

This role is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from your own home office.

Your role and responsibilities

· Develop trading strategies in the spot markets (Forex, CFD's, Commodities) or Futures Markets

· Conduct research to identify potential trading opportunities

· Autonomously manage substantial trading accounts with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility

· Manage day-to-day trading operations (trade execution, trade management, risk management, P&L calculation, etc.)

· Stay up-to-date with news and market trends to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.

Requirements

Background and Experience:

· Degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field preferred

· Prior trading experience required

· Strong understanding of global financial markets

· Track record with profitable trading strategy (discretionary or automated)

Skills and Personality:

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills for data analysis and risk assessment

· Excellent understanding of foreign exchange markets, including currency pairs, market dynamics, and factors influencing exchange rates

· Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions

· Strong attention to detail and ability to spot trends or patterns in financial data

· Highly motivated and results driven

· Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced collaborative environment

· Proficient in using trading platforms and software for executing trades

· Professional proficiency in English
