Primary Functions and Tasks: Point of contact for regional HR Leaders and regional Development teams for participant management First point of contact for all People Development enquiries Taking care about of Training Nomination app, managing nominations and participant enrolments Preparing and sending invitations to nominated participants, handling waitlist and cancellations Handling organizational questions (by the participants and the regions) Point of contact/building the interface to training hotel, preparing and sending reservation lists/updates Prepare participant details for relevant team in charge of training Handling cancellations and replacements Creating training evaluations Handling invoices and finance tracker related to programs We are looking for: Previous experience in HR back-office activities would be an advantage Great organizational and planning skills Attention to detail and accuracy Advanced English skills are mandatory MS Office skills Offer: Compensation package: Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.
