We are a fully remote, passionate team of 40+ people, and we need a brilliant Unity Developer to help us build high-quality games that capture the attention of millions of mobile players worldwide. ⭐ What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
You will be a core contributor to our casual game titles, focusing on speed, quality, and player experience:
- Game Development: Building high-quality games for the millions of mobile players.
- Juice & Polish Implementation: Translating gameplay mechanics into deeply satisfying player experiences by mastering game feel, particle effects, animations, screen shakes, haptics, and sound sync.
- Code Quality: Designing and writing high quality and reliable code for our games.
- Prototyping: Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas and features in short sprints.
- Implementation: Designing and developing Unity UIs and implementing necessary APIs.
🛠️What We Are Looking For (Skills & Experience)
We need a proactive, detail-oriented developer ready to jump into our fast-paced environment:
- Unity Expertise: Experience in mobile game development on Unity3D.
- Development Speed: Experience in short and rapid development periods.
- Obsession with Game Feel & Juice: Deep understanding of visual/auditory feedback, game juice, timing, easing, screen juice, and tactile feedback (haptics) that elevate a good game into a great one.
- Code Mastery: Ability to write clean, reusable, optimized code.
- Game Sense: Strong grasp of game feeling and juiciness concepts.
- Physics Knowledge: Knowledge of physics-based game development.
- Passion: Passion for playing mobile games and discovering their core loop.
- Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Portfolio: Having a portfolio of games developed so far is a big plus.
- Attitude: Being proactive, a strong team worker, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
