We are looking for a Senior Game Developer to join an experienced game development team working on one of the world's most successful mobile games. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the technical health, stability, and performance of a live game. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, contribute to the game's architecture, and collaborate closely with engineers, producers, and release management to deliver high-quality releases. JOB DUTIES As a Senior Game Developer, you will: Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical issues and drive sustainable solutions. Design, develop, and extend existing game systems, frameworks, and engineering tools. Contribute to the technical architecture by improving existing systems and implementing new solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality C# code following software engineering best practices. Debug, profile, and optimize performance in a live production environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and high-quality game releases. Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvements to development processes and code quality. EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES We are looking for someone who has: 7+ years of professional software development experience. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Unity and C#. Strong experience developing and maintaining live mobile games. Proven expertise in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns. Experience working with large and complex codebases. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage.
