Game Economy Manager

We’re looking for a Game Economy Manager to join a strategic company-wide project focused on designing and launching our new Loyalty Program. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, CRM, BI, and Senior Management to design, balance, and optimize the game economy while ensuring commercial sustainability and an engaging player experience Role Objective: Design and manage the economic framework of the Loyalty Program and the broader game economy, ensuring long-term commercial sustainability while maximizing player engagement and retention Key Responsibilities: Design and balance the game economy, ensuring a healthy money supply and sink/source equilibrium Design and optimize the economic model of the Loyalty Program, including reward structures and points systems Set, monitor, and optimize RTP targets across different game verticals Own the calibration of bonuses and promotional mechanics, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other rewards Model economic scenarios, perform sensitivity analysis, and support A/B testing before changes are deployed Define, track, and optimize key economy health metrics, including hold %, wagering velocity, bonus abuse rates, and overall commercial performance Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, BI, and Senior Management to refine and optimize the economy based on business objectives and player behaviour Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field Experience in financial modelling, economics, data analysis, or business analytics Strong analytical and numerical skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to build and interpret financial and statistical models Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English Nice to Have: Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools Previous experience in loyalty programmes, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another data-driven industry ✨ Previous experience in iGaming, player economics, CRM, loyalty programmes, or retention analytics will be considered a strong advantage What We Offer: Fully remote position Flexible working hours, with availability during standard business hours for meetings Equipment can be provided if required Opportunity to work on a strategic company-wide project with direct exposure to Senior Management
