What ECAM Brings to You as a Proposal Writer Opportunity to work on strategic, high-impact RFPs and key accounts Exposure to senior commercial and operational stakeholders Remote work model supporting flexibility and work-life balance Competitive benefits, including insurance and retirement plans Career development opportunities within a national, growing organization 80k-90k/year What Your Days Will Look Like Proposal Strategy & Positioning Support the development of proposal strategy in collaboration with business owners, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams Analyze RFP requirements to identify client priorities, evaluation criteria, and key decision drivers Contribute to value messaging that differentiates GardaWorld’s integrated security solutions Ensure proposals are aligned with client industry context, risk environment, and operating requirements Proposal Development & Writing Develop clear, structured, and persuasive proposal content tailored to each client Translate operational, financial, and solution inputs into business-focused messaging Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all proposal sections Review, edit, and proofread proposal content to meet professional and compliance standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, or strategic commercial writing Experience in security, facilities services, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or other complex B2B service environments preferred Strong understanding of integrated service solutions and operational delivery models Excellent written communication skills in English ; bilingual English/French is an asset Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments The opportunity is real.
