Job Title: Garment Development Executive (Production Manager)

Start - TBC

Location - 100% remote (you will need to have access to all necessary machines).

Salary - Contracted (prices to be agreed - all travel and expenses paid when required)

The main focus of the position is create garments on a freelance basis. Depending on the chosen candidate, there may be a second focus which allows someone to shadow the freelancer to learn the basics of garment production.

You may be a factory employee / owner, you may be a freelancer that has worked within production for a number of years or a graduate which has recently completed a degree within garment development and manufacturing - if you feel you have sufficient experience then please get in touch.

This role will oversee the manufacturing of a range of garments such as:

Jackets

Gilets

Trousers

Denim

Womens basics

Mens basics

Technical wear

Accessories

YOU MUST OWN / HAVE ACEESS TO THE NECESSARY INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT TO PRODUCE ALL GARMENTS LISTED. Please also note that if you hold experience in only one of the garment areas listed, please still apply.

Basic skills relevant to the role:

• Good and timely communication skills
• Comfortable with flexibility on garment production changes (toiling and sampling)
• Experienced and knowledgable on how a fashion brand operates
• Quick / reasonable turnaround times
• Familiar with Google Drive (not essential but favoured)

Although this role is currently listed as remote, we hope that a strong relationship can be built and the chosen factory/candidate will grow with the brand and become a permanent employee within our premises.
