Ensure all project phases comply with federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards, with a focus on Texas-specific requirements. Review and approve major project plans, vendor submittals, and construction methodologies. Design, implement, and enforce robust program-level change management, quality assurance, and safety frameworks. Champion best practices, lead project close-out activities, and ensure seamless handover of commissioned assets to operations. Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners regarding program status and key decision points. Champion a safety-first culture by establishing and auditing protocols to ensure all on-site work meets the highest industry standards.
