[GBL] Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React, Next.JS and Node.JS)

Position – how you’ll contribute Build scalable front-end & back-end features using React, Next.js, and Node.js Design and develop APIs, microservices, and integrations Implement secure and reliable data flows using modern cloud services Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams in Agile delivery Optimize performance, accessibility, and user experience Participate in architecture decisions and technical reviews Apply CI/CD practices and ensure high-quality code standards Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement Expectations – the experience you need Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React (Next.js) Experience with AWS (preferably serverless architecture) Familiarity with modern databases (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) Understanding of authentication and security (Auth0, tokens, API security) Ability to write unit tests and integration tests (Jest preferred) Good grasp of APIs, microservices, and application design patterns Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile teams Proactive mindset with strong ownership of deliverables This role requires candidates to be based in the European Union Our offer – professional development, personal growth: Professional development, personal growth Flexible employment and hybrid work Non-corporate atmosphere Lunch tickets Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Travel programs More intriguing benefits will be revealed during our interviews Position at: Software Mind Poland
