Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and automation in F&A processes? Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bucharest as our Finance & Accounting Continuous Improvement Process Lead  and help shape the future of operational excellence at Kellanova!

In this role, you’ll drive efficiency across GBS by leading digital initiatives, standardizing processes, and unlocking value through automation and analytics.

This role reports to the Continuous Improvement and Technology Director whilst enjoying a hybrid way of working.

This role is based in our Bucharest, Romania office, with a hybrid working model that blends remote and on-site work.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Continuous Improvement Leadership: Facilitate ideation sessions, coach teams, and embed Lean Six Sigma and Kellanova Work Systems principles across GBS.
• Digital Transformation: Deliver automation, process intelligence, and analytics solutions while owning the digital platform architecture for GBS.
• Process Governance: Lead the development and maintenance of process taxonomy, process maps, desktop procedures, and standard ways of working.
• Value Realization: Track and report monthly efficiency gains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global and regional leaders, IT, and external partners to drive impactful changes and share best practices.
  
  

 

We’re looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven Continuous Improvement experience, with a strong track record of applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable and sustainable improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with strong strategic thinking, a global mindset, and the ability to influence without authority across functions and geographies.
• Strong Business English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop effective solutions, and drive implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• A digital mindset and ability to leverage technology to support continuous improvement and process optimization.
• F&A experience is preferred
