GDPR Sales (Commission Based)

Role Description

• This is a part-time, remote GDPR Sales role that is commission-based.
• The GDPR Sales professional will identify and qualify potential clients who require GDPR compliance services, focusing on outreach through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Daily responsibilities include explaining Ducara’s GDPR-related offerings, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities, coordinating with internal cybersecurity and consulting teams to ensure service alignment, and following up with clients to support long-term relationships.
• The position requires proactive market research, ongoing learning about GDPR regulations, and collaboration to meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and address inquiries professionally.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close commission-based deals.
• Experience in Training or client education, especially in explaining GDPR concepts and compliance requirements in clear, accessible terms.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations, and the ability to relate these to client business needs.
• Comfort working in a remote, part-time, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity or IT services is an advantage; prior experience in B2B or consultative sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to use CRM tools and online meeting platforms; strong organizational and time management skills.
