We are looking for an Automation Engineer with experience with automation and modern AI/GenAI/Agentic technologies. You will use your programming knowledge of AI/GenAI/Agentic to build automation workflows for our business processes. You will integrate large language models (LLMs) and agentic automation solutions into our processes, helping the team improve operations and improve efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with educational credentials and explore personal and professional projects in AI and automation. You will report to the Smart Automation Delivery Manager. Build Automation Workflows : Develop scripts and tools to improve processes like onboarding, transactions, and reporting. Integrate AI and LLMs : Enhance workflows using generative AI (e.g., OpenAI APIs) for tasks like document handling and decision support. Agentic AI Solutions : Design agent-based automations using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI to perform multi-step tasks independently. Data Retrieval & RAG : Use vector databases and RAG techniques to allow context-aware AI outputs from stored knowledge. Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner with product, operations, and data teams to translate our needs into automation solutions. Maintain : Test, document, and increase workflows; stay current with AI trends and support deployed solutions. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of overall experience and 1–2 years in GenAI/Agentic AI technologies. Programming Skills: Python proficiency with clean, efficient coding; experience in TypeScript or JavaScript. Generative & Agentic AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI API (or similar), prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI. Vector Databases and RAG: Understanding of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, LlamaIndex) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques. API & Cloud Integration: Experienced in RESTful APIs, JSON/XML handling, and deploying automation workflows using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Problem Solving & Communication: Experience building scalable, resilient, and observable distributed systems and experience creating detailed technical documentation and concepts across teams.
