Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Schedule: Night Shift

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing property management invoices and Bills
• Doing the daily rental reconciliations and adjustment
• Prepare weekly disbursements for landlords and or trades people
• Prepare mid month and end of month disbursements
• Process general Business Accounts within Xero
• Calculate and process staff wages through Xero
• Prepare creditor disbursements through Xero on a weekly basis
• Record and calculate staff leave and sick entitlements on a fortnightly basis
• Daily reconcile of trust accounts for property management and sales trust
• Order smoke alarm compliance invoices as well as other compliance invoices
• Oversee new tenancy lease start dates insuring financials are in order and correctly charging landlords for fees
• Any other accounts tasks and procedures as needed

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in general accounting of at least 3 years
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Confident in managing bank feeds, reconciliation, invoicing, payroll, and reporting in Xero
