What You Will Do Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to support ongoing projects and contribute ideas Research & Analysis: Conduct topic-specific research, gather data, and provide insights Documentation Support: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and internal documentation Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced colleagues across different functions Meeting Participation: Attend workshops and meetings, take notes, and engage in discussions Multicultural Interaction: Collaborate with peers, managers, and directors in a diverse workplace Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities to develop your skills and explore career paths. Who You Are Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential. Comfortable using MS Office; familiarity with other software tools is a plus. Proactive, collaborative, and courageous, with a genuine interest in personal development.
