This means that you may choose to work from home, or from our office in Columbus, Ohio, or some combination of the two. Please note, however, that certain roles do require regular time in the office. Some of our positions require occasional travel. And we bring all Ologists to Columbus for company events a few times each year. Paid time off includes your own flexible personal time, along with paid holidays throughout the year, including a holiday break (typically up to six days) at the end of December.
