General Manager (GM)

FUDIKOO | Full-Time | Remote

FUDIKOO is a growing food-tech platform connecting customers with restaurants through food deals, takeaway offers, and banquet booking solutions.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive General Manager to manage daily operations, coordinate the team, and work closely with the founders to help grow FUDIKOO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily company operations and activities.
• Assign tasks and follow up on team progress.
• Coordinate between team members and departments.
• Track restaurant onboarding, marketing, and ongoing projects.
• Ensure deadlines and priorities are completed on time.
• Identify and solve operational issues.
• Improve internal processes and workflows.
• Report regularly to the founders.
• Support team recruitment and onboarding as we grow.
  
  

Requirements

• Good leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate and follow up.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and project-management tools.
• Previous management, operations, startup, or business experience is preferred.
