Role and Responsibilities Your Journey As a Samsung Trainee in the General Track, you’ll rotate through different departments and business units throughout the three-year program, based on your profile, interests and development. Your journey will start within the Partnership and Strategy Team at Samsung Mobile Benelux, where you will spend your first year. You’ll support partnerships that strengthen our brand and product strategy, contribute to influencer collaborations, campaigns and activations, and work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners. You’ll begin with an immersive onboarding program and dive into real responsibilities from the start. Throughout the three years, you’ll grow both professionally and personally, with the support of a mentor and an internal training curriculum. In short, your growth is our priority. We also request: Knowledge and experience – you have a master degree in economics or social sciences (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Information Management, Marketing Management, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Commercial Science, Communication Management, …). Graduates with another degree, but with the right experience and mindset also qualify! Critical and analytical skills – you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You’re able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers. Language – you’re a good communicator in Dutch and English.
