Generative AI Artist

Role Description The Generative AI Artist role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Karāchi, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the artist will design and produce visuals, animations, and short-form video content using generative AI tools and platforms. Daily responsibilities include iterating on creative prompts, refining outputs, compositing assets, and collaborating with directors, producers, and brand strategists to align visuals with project goals. The artist will help develop visual concepts for films, advertising campaigns, and commercial content, as well as maintain organized asset libraries and document workflows. The role also involves staying current with emerging AI tools, testing new techniques, and contributing creative ideas to improve production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong visual storytelling skills, with experience in concept art, illustration, motion design, or video production.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., image and video generation models), and familiarity with prompt engineering and iterative creative workflows.
• Hands-on experience with creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret creative briefs, and align outputs with brand and campaign objectives.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Karāchi, managing both on-site collaboration and remote work efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest in AI-driven media, a learning mindset, and readiness to explore and adopt new tools and techniques.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in design, animation, film, media arts, or a related creative discipline is beneficial.
