You will apply your knowledge of AWS, Python, Terraform and CI/CD to deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching activities. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. What you will bring 🤝 Solid technical experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock, together with Python. Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and the technical foundations required to work with AI agents. Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices and the Software Development Lifecycle. Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers and other technical profiles. Experience supporting technical teams through training, workshops, demos, coaching or knowledge-sharing activities. You will be responsible for supporting technology teams throughout their AI reskilling journey by delivering technical demos, workshops and coaching sessions focused on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI. You will work closely with technical experts to understand company standards and help teams adopt them confidently. You will follow up with groups of learners, answer technical questions and support their progression towards autonomous development.
