We are seeking a results-driven Remote Sales Specialist to manage and convert leads generated through our strategic partnerships with major big-box home improvement retailers. You will act as the bridge between retail floor interest and finalized home power solutions, traveling and working within your territory. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion: Manage and close high-quality, warm leads originating from big-box store inquiries. Travel Regionally: Drive to scheduled appointments within your assigned territory. Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their property, calculate load requirements, and recommend the right generator size. Retail Liaison: Maintain relationships with store managers at assigned retail locations to ensure our product displays and lead-capture systems are performing optimally. Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to track leads from initial retail contact through to installation and follow-up. Negotiation & Closing: Expertly handle objections and negotiate terms to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Be a Subject Matter Expert: Stay up-to-date on local electrical codes and the latest generator technology (Generac, Kohler, etc.) Requirements Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in home services, construction, or electrical products. Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Technical Savvy: Proficiency/Knowledge of modern CRM software and virtual sales tools is essential for 2026 sales workflows. Customer-Centric: You build rapport quickly and can explain complex technical information in a way that is easy to understand.
