Genesys cloud Developer in PL
Remote in Poland, business travel to Netherlands once in a quarter

You will work in the project team of KCC Cloud. Goal of the project is to migrate the current Genesys Solution to the new Genesys Cloud Platform. With the Genesys platform we support ALL Achmea Customer Contact Centers (58 KCC’s divided over multiple divisions / representing multiple brands). Genesys Cloud Platform contains solutions for different customer channels such as voice, chat, appchat, email etc. This application also enables us to record calls, plan the number of agents in a specific contact center and more. To provide an optimal customer journey we also integrate with multiple back-end systems like SAP, CRM, Pega, Website and Apps.
We hope to find an excellent Genesys cloud Developer with knowledge of the Genesys Cloud solution that can help us make the transition to the Cloud and the transition from a on premise solution to a SaaS.
What are you taking with you in your suitcase?
- Knowledge of Contact Center Solutions / Genesys Cloud.
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- A completed IT related education at Bachelor(HBO) level
- You are eager to learn and have a driven personality. You like to tackle complex issues and you know how to solve them in
the interest of the organization (customer-result- and quality-oriented).
