About the Role: We are looking for multiple Senior Genesys Developers to join our client's internal development team. In this role, you will perform hands-on technical development and configuration work, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future cloud-based Genesys platform and integrating connected systems within the Contact Centre ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical development and configuration tasks for the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and optimize Contact Centre systems.
• Develop robust, scalable solutions utilizing a modern technology stack.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through active participation in the development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Several years of hands-on development and configuration experience specifically with Genesys Cloud.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to work effectively within an internal development team in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Experience with WebLogic and infrastructure automation using Terraform.
