About enGenome

The impact of genomics on the future of medicine and healthcare will be massive, and our mission is to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of genetic diseases through the use of genomic information.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map key stakeholders across target institutions (clinical laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and research institutes) while populating and maintaining our CRM.
  • Organize, prioritize, and execute outreach across digital and direct channels (email, phone, in-person meetings) to establish long-term relationships with clinical decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and deep-dive technical presentations of eVai and VarChat, while representing enGenome at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Gather competitive insights and customer feedback to support strategic product development in close collaboration with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial or technical sales experience within the Genomics, Diagnostics, or Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) sector.
  • Solid understanding of genomics, NGS technologies, bioinformatics software, and clinical variant interpretation workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or Bioengineering).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience explaining complex scientific principles clearly.
  • Fluent in German (native or professional fluency) and English (written and spoken).

Job Details

  • Start Date: As soon as possible (ASAP)
  • Location: Remote (based in Germany)
  • Contract Type: Initial 1-Year contract via an Employee of Record (EoR), with the path to transition into full-time employment.
