We help local service businesses (home services, restoration, specialty contractors) show up when people ask AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for recommendations. We're building the tools and the playbook for this new category — Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO).

What you'll do

- Execute GEO/AEO content interventions for client websites — blog posts, service pages, FAQ/schema markup designed to get cited by AI answer engines

- Own Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization across client accounts — categories, posts, Q&A, photos, review response, local pack visibility

- Work hands-on inside our Claude-based toolchain — running our internal Claude Code skills/workflows to execute interventions, not just following written briefs

- Publish and manage content on client WordPress sites, including Git-managed/static sites

- Monitor and report on client AI-citation performance and local search rankings

You should have

- Real hands-on experience using Claude / Claude Code (or comparable AI coding assistants) — you'll be operating inside our existing skill-based workflows day one, not learning AI tools from scratch

- Working knowledge of Git and Git-based website workflows (commits, branches, PRs)

- Strong hands-on WordPress experience (publishing, Elementor or similar page builders, basic troubleshooting)

- Local SEO / Google Business Profile management experience

- Familiarity with content SEO and schema markup; bonus if you understand how AI answer engines cite sources

- Strong written English

Comp & logistics

$1,500–$2,000 USD/month (based on experience), full-time, fully remote. Open to candidates across South America.
