What you’ll do As a Geotechnical Engineer / Geologist in our Ground and Underground team based in Queensland, you’ll contribute to a range of infrastructure and energy projects, working alongside a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and practical solutions. Support planning and delivery of geotechnical site investigations in line with relevant standards Assist with geotechnical analysis, design, and reporting across projects Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to meet project requirements Contribute to high-quality technical outputs and documentation Support ongoing project delivery across infrastructure, including major programs and other linear and energy projects What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, or Bachelor of Science in Geology (or related discipline) 2–3 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering or geology (consulting experience preferred, but not essential) Experience in geotechnical site investigations, with willingness to travel as required Working knowledge of geotechnical software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Rocscience, OpenGround, or Leapfrog (beneficial but not mandatory) Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to developing new technical capabilities Field experience from consulting, contractors, or drilling environments is advantageous How we support your growth We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
