You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. This position will be responsible for driving the IL6S agenda across Supply Chain and leading the implementation of Integrated Systems beyond Manufacturing, as well as leading the pillar build-up in the Brazil BU, connecting with regional and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Consolidate and support the IL6S roadmap in Brazil Lead IL6S in areas beyond Manufacturing and lead pillar implementation in the Brazil BU Seek synergies across plants and deliver consolidated reports Lead regional and global alignments Co-lead Brazil's digitalization plan together with the plants, connecting the Integrated Systems roadmap with the digitalization roadmap Ensure solid Integrated Systems governance in the Brazil BU Key Requirements Experience with operational excellence program implementation such as TPM, WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Lean Six Sigma, IL6S, or similar in Manufacturing and other Supply Chain areas Ability to influence and work in partnership with senior leaders Experience in building business cases and managing capex Advanced English is mandatory; advanced Spanish is a plus Willingness to travel Location: São Paulo - SP Work Model: Hybrid We are aware of our role as transformation agents to generate positive change, so diversity, equity and inclusion are one of our priorities.
