Responsibilities & Missions

• You will conduct and monitor comprehensive compliance controls within the organization, which allows you to gain deep insights into our operational mechanics and ultimately empowers you to become a highly sought-after expert in safeguarding organizational integrity.
• You will actively monitor the evolving legal and regulatory framework and coordinate its implementation across various departments, enabling you to stay ahead of industry trends and positioning you as a strategic partner capable of driving impactful change within the business.
• You will perform detailed risk assessments and business impact analyses related to compliance risks, providing you with a platform to develop critical analytical skills that will significantly enhance your decision-making abilities and accelerate your path to leadership roles.
• You will design new processes and continuously update written policies and procedures, giving you the creative freedom to shape our internal compliance architecture and ensuring you leave a tangible, lasting mark on the company's success.
• You will advise and support management and employees on crucial compliance matters, granting you significant internal client exposure and high-level interaction, which builds your professional confidence and expands your influential network across the organization.

Your Profile

• You bring around 3 to 5 years of valuable experience in a compliance role, ideally within a ManCo, AIFM, or a related regulatory compliance consultancy environment.
• You hold an academic degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or a similarly relevant field, providing a strong intellectual foundation for your daily work.
• You communicate fluently in both German and English, which allows you to navigate our international landscape effortlessly, while any additional languages are considered a wonderful asset.
• You are a highly communicative, engaged, and team-oriented professional who also enjoys working independently to achieve outstanding results.
• You have practical experience using specialized IT tools and possess a commercial mindset that naturally drives you to seek out continuous career evolution and skill enhancement.
• Holding relevant professional compliance certificates would be a fantastic addition to your profile, further accelerating your growth and credibility within the firm.
