In this role, your primary objective will be to reduce vehicle downtime and ensure the smooth flow of international supply chains. Acting as a crucial bridge between enterprise clients and specialist engineers, you will provide expert technical guidance, diagnostic assistance, and tailored operational strategies to fleet managers and certified service points globally.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Advisory: Handle high-priority inbound phone calls and digital requests while adhering to rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
• Analytical Diagnostics: Examine complex operational roadblocks to develop fast, data-driven solutions for corporate account partners.
• Interdepartmental Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering units to speed up response times and guarantee accurate system records.
