Fluency in German (spoken and written). Good command of English (minimum B2 level). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or call centers is an advantage but not required. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
