What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working toward goals and performance targets.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.

• Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
