German Service Represenative - work from home

What You'll Do

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and find effective solutions.
• Guide customers through products and platform features.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience in every interaction.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and English (minimum C2).
• Previous experience in Customer Support or a Contact Centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Base Salary: €920
• Language Allowance: €500
• Fixed Bonus: €150
• Performance Bonus: up to €360
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
• Flex Work Allowance: €60
