Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize client employee adoption and minimize resistance. Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders within client organizations. Provide coaching and support to client managers and employees to facilitate change. Develop and deliver training programs and communication plans tailored to clients' needs. Mentor and share knowledge with the current team to build internal change management capabilities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in client projects. Join sales calls with clients to support business development and provide expertise on change management solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on HR and payroll systems. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus. Project Management: Proficiency in project management techniques and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles. Training and Development: Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Ability to mentor and coach team members to build internal capabilities. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and environments. Ability to manage change in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to work effectively in diverse environments. Fluency in multiple languages, such as German and English, is a plus. Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence to understand and manage emotions in oneself and others. Ability to handle resistance and support employees through transitions.
