We're looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing internal team. As a direct TalentPop employee, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding support and helping customers receive timely, effective solutions across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Investigate issues and provide prompt resolutions.
Deliver accurate information while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Track recurring concerns and share insights with leadership.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in customer service, customer support, or related roles.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience with customer support software is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

Personal computer with an Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
Reliable wired internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speeds.
