About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German and English.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Currently residing in Portugal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

What We Offer

• Full-time remote position based in Portugal.
• Monday to Friday schedule.
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
• Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.
• Company equipment provided. Candidates living within 50 km of the office will collect their equipment in person, while equipment will be shipped to those living more than 50 km away.

• €1,055 gross per month, paid over 14 salaries.
  
  
  

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday. 24/7 with rotative shifts and 2 rotative days off.
