Join our fast-growing company as a German speaking Customer Support Representative
Fluent German C1 and B1 English level.
It is a freelance, remote and full-time position.

Schedule:
Working hours: 5 working days and 2 days off; (Sunday is always off and second day off is shifting)
Working hours: 8am - 5pm CET, or 11am - 8pm CET
In our company you have great opportunity to get:
- Experience in the international company working with people around the globe.
- Compensation up to $1300 including:
- $800/ month during the probation period (2 months)
- $900 after passing the probation period + 300$ KPIs bonus.
- Loyalty bonus system for a long term work $200-$400-$500-$800-$900-$1200 after 6-12-18-24-30-36 months accordingly.
- Training will be provided by the company and the client.
- 20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year.
- Management's attention, support and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats
- Answer general and order-related questions
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the technical department
- Report to senior management on customers' feedback, complaints, quality etc.
- Perform other related CS tasks.

laptop with Windows 10 or 11, RAM 6GB, CPU i5, SSD 256GB, headset with microphone
