ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a leading global automotive manufacturer undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. The company develops innovative software solutions that power next-generation connected vehicles, mobility services, and internal business platforms. ABOUT THE ROLE The role combines Product Ownership and Business Analysis across multiple applications and Agile teams. The Product Owner will act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating high-level requirements into clear Epics, Features, and User Stories while supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning. A strong focus is placed on requirements management and testing , including test preparation, execution, and documentation. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical leads, and the Test Manager is expected. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as Proxy Product Owner and Business Analyst across multiple applications and teams. Manage and maintain requirements from Epic level down to Features and User Stories, ensuring consistency, completeness, and traceability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical leads, and the Test Manager to refine and prioritize requirements. Support backlog management, story refinement, and sprint planning activities in an Agile/Scrum environment. Identify and define requirements where customer input is incomplete or high-level. Ensure requirements are implementable, testable, and aligned with business and technical objectives. Actively support testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and documentation (mandatory). REQUIREMENTS Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a similar role. Strong experience with backlog management and Agile/Scrum delivery models. Experience working in complex, fragmented multi-application environments. Hands-on testing experience and willingness to actively contribute to testing activities (mandatory). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in German and English (mandatory). Experience with AI-supported analysis, documentation, or delivery practices is desirable. Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice. WHAT WE OFFER Salary range: €3500 - €5500 (GROSS) / month.
