As an Inside Sales Representative, this role will promote a world-class business marketing tool on the EMEA & DACH market. The responsibility of this role will be to create and close a pipeline of inbound leads that can contribute to the company's growth and success. The role will be required to manage an inbound leads, win business, and hit set KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the small to medium enterprise (SME) segment Manage a steady influx of inbound leads from multiple channels, driving the sales pipeline and meeting KPIs to secure new business Demonstrate expert knowledge of the product and leverage a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle Act as a product and service champion, fostering interest and increasing awareness of the client's value proposition Effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up actions Implement sales strategies that optimize the conversion of leads into paying customers Provide strong account management to support clients' technology strategies Partner with leadership and clients to identify strategies and processes that align with and drive revenue growth. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication 18 to 24 months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role within the SaaS/IT Services industry, or 6 to 12 months of experience in B2B sales as an individual contributor Previous experience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator Proven expertise in prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and delivering presentations effectively Strong sales acumen with a solutions-oriented approach, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Highly collaborative and results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and excelling in team environments Technologically proficient, with a keen interest in innovative and emerging technologies Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional ability to advocate for products and services, creating interest and understanding of the client's value proposition Skilled in quickly conveying both technical and business value propositions Excellent sales presence and presentation capabilities.
