About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Performance Media Buyer to help build, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing and measurable business results.

In this role, you'll work across multiple advertising platforms, managing campaigns with a strong focus on optimization, data analysis and continuous improvement. Your success will be measured by your ability to improve campaign performance through data-driven decisions and maximize metrics such as ROAS and conversion performance.

This is a performance marketing role. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, not brand awareness or social media content campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and X Ads (Twitter)
• Develop media plans aligned with campaign goals and performance objectives
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data
• Analyze campaign metrics to improve ROAS and overall campaign efficiency
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos and landing pages
• Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign execution and results
• Implement and monitor tracking tags and conversion pixels using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other tracking solutions
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and campaign attribution

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience managing paid media campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) and Google Ads
• Previous experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency
• Experience analyzing campaign data and optimizing performance
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads or X Ads
• Experience working with performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Experience performing A/B testing
• Experience working with landing page optimization
