OVERVIEW Join the Customer Fulfillment team as a Delivery Scheduling Associate supporting Costco and Kroger orders. You will manage delivery appointments end to end, coordinate with carriers and internal partners, and help prevent service disruptions across North America operations. This role offers ownership of a critical process and opportunities to improve how scheduling is managed. This role require to work in 3:30PM-12:30AM shift. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Secure accurate, on-time delivery appointments for Costco and Kroger orders across assigned regions. • Monitor incoming orders and delivery blocks to identify appointment needs and flag service risks early. • Book and manage appointments in customer scheduling portals, including exceptions, short-lead requests, reschedules, and cancellations. • Update confirmed appointment dates and times in the enterprise resource planning system so carrier communications flow correctly. • Manage the shared scheduling inbox and respond promptly and professionally to carrier and stakeholder requests. • Partner with Customer Operations, Transportation, and carriers to resolve scheduling conflicts and minimize appointment changes; support urgent coverage as needed. • Maintain scheduling reference lists and process documentation, and identify opportunities to standardize or automate repetitive work. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Education: Full-time graduation from an accredited university. This mandatory minimum education requirement cannot be altered. • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics, or order management; relevant internships considered. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and exposure to SAP or another enterprise resource planning/order-management system. • Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in high-volume transactional work, and effective written communication for professional email correspondence. • Availability: Ability to work North America-aligned hours, including the 3:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. IST shift and urgent late-afternoon or Friday coverage when required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Familiarity with customer delivery-scheduling portals or third-party appointment-scheduling processes. • Knowledge of transportation and delivery modes, carrier coordination, and distribution-center requirements. • Experience in a shared-services, global capability, or captive center supporting North America operations. • A process-improvement and documentation mindset, with comfort working in a fast-paced, exception-driven environment. • Immediate availability or a short notice period.
