The Global Brand AI Manager will lead the development and deployment of AI capabilities across Essity's Consumer Tissue global category. The position is based in Munich. Your Role Lead the Consumer Tissue AI agenda, identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity, and business performance through AI solutions. Assess organizational AI maturity and capability gaps, creating plans to accelerate skills development and adoption across teams Develop and execute the AI roadmap for the CT business, aligned with category and brand growth priorities Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms, translating developments into practical business applications and lead AI pilot programs and scale successful initiatives across brands, markets, and functions Build frameworks, best practices, and governance to ensure responsible and effective AI adoption, partnering with Center of Excellent on high-impact use cases and opportunities for automation and optimization Drive AI-enabled content development capabilities for CT that improve speed, quality, consistency, and cost efficiency Act as an internal thought leader, championing innovation and promoting AI literacy throughout the Consumer Tissue organization; Track and measure the business impact of AI initiatives, ensuring clear value creation and continuous improvement You Identify Yourself With Even if not all of the following points apply to you, we would be happy to get to know you and talk about the possibility of working with you!
