🚨 Now Hiring: Global Category Specialist – Personal Care Procurement

We are seeking an experienced Global Category Specialist to support procurement strategy and External Contract Manufacturing initiatives within the Personal Care category. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, data-driven procurement professional who enjoys working across global teams, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost and supply-chain improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global procurement and category strategies for Personal Care products, with a focus on North America

• Analyze market dynamics, supplier benchmarks, and business data to develop fact-based recommendations

• Drive supplier strategy, sourcing initiatives, RFx events, negotiations, and commercial agreements

• Build and maintain strong strategic supplier relationships

• Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety teams

• Identify opportunities to improve cost, efficiency, standardization, and supply-chain resilience

• Support multi-year category and supplier relationship strategies

• Influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and global regions

• Promote procurement best practices, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement

• Travel up to 25% as required

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or a related area

• Strong experience with Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Management

• Demonstrated negotiation skills using data, market intelligence, and benchmarking

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage programs within a matrixed organization

• Comfortable working across global regions, cultures, and time zones

• Ability to evaluate and reconcile diverse business strategies and challenges

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa, SAP, and/or ETQ

• Understanding of finished-product manufacturing processes

• Experience in External Contract Manufacturing or Consumer Products is a plus
