Job Description Summary The Global Delivery IMS Outcome Engineer acts as a technical specialist focused on delivering high-quality outcomes within our Integrated Management System (IMS). This role involves managing complex technical requirements, ensuring process compliance, and driving operational excellence across global project delivery lifecycles. Job Description Key Responsibilities Leverage Industry experience, equipment knowledge, software knowledge, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions. Developing in-depth knowledge of technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. In-depth understanding of key business drivers uses this understanding to accomplish own work, in-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Uses some level of judgement and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward and complex tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Controls from an accredited university or college. Advanced Technical level understanding of English - reading, writing and conversational. Significant years of combined experience in the core skills : Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics of Gas and Steam Turbines, Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG), Compressors, Condensers, Boiler Feed Pumps, another other critical power generation equipment. Knowledge of technical specifications and documents such as P&IDs, Process description, Control philosophies, equipment & instrumentation datasheets, utilities and chemicals consumption summaries and calculations. Experience with Lube Oil system, Air intake system. Experience with Quick actions during Emergency operations. Responsible for Monitoring & maintaining all operating parameters such as pressure, temperature and flow within specified control limits to ensure un-interrupted power generation. Desired Characteristics Field operations of Natural Gas based Combined cycle power plant. Gas Turbine & Combined power plant experience. Turbine Auxiliaries knowledge. Clear thinking / problem solving: able to partner in cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; grasp new ideas quickly and retrieves insights from a great amount of data. Experience with Lube Oil system, Air intake system. Experience with Quick actions during Emergency operations. Strong Strategic Thinking / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders to communicate in moments of conflict and defend positions to secure business objectives while driving financial targets Able to anticipate, identify, propose, and resolve complex financial issues.
