Your Mission: Be GitGuardian's most senior external security voice — engaging CISOs, AppSec leaders, and board-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 and regulated enterprises Build and own our CISO & CTO Advisory Board from scratch — 6 to 10 executive leaders who shape our product, open doors, and drive net new pipeline Accelerate enterprise deals by showing up as a peer, not a vendor Own our strategic narrative — developer security, secrets management, AI risk, non-human identity — and keep it sharp as the market moves Represent GitGuardian at FS-ISAC, Health-ISAC, and executive roundtables where it matters Be the feedback loop between the market and our Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams Raise the bar internally — SE, AEs, executive communication, GTM maturity Who You Are: Former CISO, Deputy CISO, or Head of AppSec — or a senior security leader from a top cybersecurity company, with 10+ years in the field Technically credible: AppSec, developer security, secrets management, cloud, DevSecOps, NHI — you can go deep with technical CISOs, not just executive buyers Calm, high-judgment presence — you build trust fast, communicate with clarity and nuance, and leave ego at the door A natural connector: extroverted, great listener, thrives building relationships through dinners, roundtables, and long-term trust Consultative, not pitchy — you listen first, navigate organizational complexity, and respond with tailored insight Ideally, you've lived this problem operationally — as a former GitGuardian customer or someone who has deployed developer security tooling inside an enterprise.
