Role Description The Global Freelance Recruiter role is a full-time remote position focused on end-to-end recruitment for clients in various countries and sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and presenting qualified talent to client hiring teams. The recruiter will manage job postings, maintain accurate candidate records, and coordinate interview logistics while ensuring a professional and inclusive candidate experience. This role also involves collaborating closely with clients to understand role requirements, advising on market trends, and providing regular updates on search progress. As a remote position, the recruiter is expected to work independently, manage time effectively across different time zones, and meet agreed hiring targets and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and build effective relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work remotely, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions across time zones.
• Experience in agency or freelance recruiting, particularly in global or cross-border hiring, is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using digital collaboration tools and data to report on recruitment progress and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
