Global HR Business Partner, Sales & Marketing Location: Gothenburg HQ, Sweden, or one of our key European locations, including Aarhus, Denmark, or Valencia, Spain Reporting to: Senior Director Global HR Travel: International travel required on need basis About the Role We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and strategic Global HR Business Partner, Sales & Marketing, to partner with senior leaders across our global commercial organization. Operating in a highly regulated, international, and innovation-driven environment, you will support a business focused on delivering advanced solutions within MedTech and IVF. As a trusted advisor and member of the Sales & Marketing leadership team, you will translate business priorities into people strategies that drive growth, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business success. You will lead initiatives across workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and change management, ensuring the organization has the right talent, capabilities, and structure to deliver on current and future business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to align people strategies with business goals and growth priorities. • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, and workforce decisions. • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the capabilities, capacity, and talent required to achieve business objectives. • Drive organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives that support business growth and operational effectiveness. • Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement processes. • Coach leaders on change management, leadership effectiveness, team performance, employee relations, and organizational challenges. • Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to support data-driven decision-making and measure organizational impact. • Partner with Global HR colleagues and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and global HR standards. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders. • Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or other customer-facing functions within a global organization. • Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, change management, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. • Experience using workforce analytics and business insights to drive strategic decision-making. • Solid understanding of employment law, compliance and employee relations. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Manufacturing, or other highly regulated and innovation-driven industries is preferred. • Experience supporting international and matrixed organizations undergoing growth, transformation, or organizational change is highly valued.
