Job Description: The Global HR Operations Manager is a skilled individual contributor who serves as a key member of the Global HR Operations function. Based in Taiwan, this role carries broad responsibility across HR Shared Services (Tier 2 and Tier 3 support), recruiting coordination and sourcing, mentorship of colleagues, and active knowledge sharing across the team. The Specialist brings deep operational expertise, strong Workday proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to every aspect of their work. Key Responsibilities Collaboration, Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Collaborate closely with HR Shared Services to support consistent, high-quality execution across the team — sharing knowledge, contributing operational expertise, and helping maintain strong SLA and quality standards Partner with colleagues on complex or ambiguous cases, contributing subject matter expertise and recommended resolution paths to support consistent service quality Proactively share knowledge through cross-training, documentation updates, and regular sharing of best practices, process changes, and lessons learned — making the team collectively stronger Contribute to quality and accuracy in team outputs — including ticket responses, Workday data entries, and candidate communications — and support continuous improvement through peer collaboration and constructive feedback Mentor and support new and developing coordinators, serving as a primary knowledge resource, process guide, and culture carrier; actively invest in colleagues' growth through regular coaching, skill-building, and knowledge-transfer conversations Maintain and continuously improve team SOPs, knowledge base articles, and playbooks to ensure documentation is current, accurate, and usable Actively participate in and contribute to team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives focused on operational performance, process improvement, and knowledge sharing; proactively bring topics, learnings, and recommendations to drive team development HR Shared Services Serve as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 point of contact for complex employee and manager inquiries submitted via Workday Help, resolving escalated cases that exceed coordinator-level scope and handling the most sensitive or high-complexity service requests Partner with employees and managers on escalated employee life cycle transactions in Workday — including job changes, terminations, leave of absence initiations, and personal data updates — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality service experience Generate and review employment verification letters, offer letters, and sensitive HR correspondence requiring elevated judgment or approval Execute recurring HR compliance activities including I-9 audits, EEO-1 data preparation, and Workday data integrity reviews Participate in process improvement initiatives within the HRSS function Recruiting Coordination & Sourcing Support end-to-end interview coordination across active requisitions, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution and a strong candidate experience Manage coordination for senior-level, executive, and high-complexity searches where the candidate experience and logistics demand elevated attention Support sourcing efforts by conducting Boolean searches, building candidate pipelines, and identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the ATS, and other sourcing channels in partnership with Recruiters Serve as a point of contact for Recruiters and Hiring Managers on coordination-related process questions, escalations, and improvements Ensure candidate communications across the team are timely, professional, and reflective of a best-in-class candidate experience; conduct periodic audits and provide coaching where gaps are identified Maintain ATS data integrity standards across the team, building reporting routines and flagging discrepancies for Recruiter review Partner with Recruiters on offer letter processes, background check escalations, and onboarding initiation for complex or sensitive cases Contribute to improvements to the coordination operating model, including scheduling workflows, intake processes, and candidate-facing communications Support recruiting programs such as internship cycles, campus recruiting, and referral administration, providing coordination leadership and team task oversight Strategy & Cross-Functional Partnership Be a representative of the HRSS team in cross-functional meetings and project workstreams, bringing operational context and advocating for process and tooling improvements Monitor industry trends, benchmarks, and emerging HR technology — including AI tools — and bring informed recommendations to the team on adoption and workflow integration Contribute to the design and execution of special projects, cyclical programs, and organizational initiatives as directed by HR leadership Qualifications Required 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, HRSS, recruiting coordination, or a related People/HR Operations role, with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity over time Advanced hands-on proficiency with Workday as an HRIS and/or ATS, including complex transaction processing, and the ability to train and guide others in system use Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across a team or portfolio of work, with strong organizational skills, reliable follow-through, and accountability to outcomes Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, build reporting routines, and translate operational data into actionable recommendations for leadership Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across all levels — from coordinators and candidates to Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and senior HR leadership Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis), Outlook, and Teams Experience with Zoom for virtual interview coordination, meeting facilitation, and event or program support Active and fluent use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in day-to-day work Demonstrated Multiplier behavior: a track record of expanding scope, acquiring new skills independently, and elevating the performance of people and processes around them Strong working knowledge of employment verifications, I-9 compliance, leave administration, and general HR regulatory requirements Preferred Experience in contributing to HRSS process improvement, SOP development, or knowledge management initiatives Familiarity with HR program management, including cyclical programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, or onboarding program design Experience in a tech or high-growth company environment where ambiguity, pace, and scale are constants Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification is a plus but not required Additional Information: This position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in: Taiwan Lattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
