About You In one of our supply chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. Job responsibilities include: Define and execute global category strategies: Corporate Services, Marketing, IT, REFM Lead strategic supplier negotiations for global contracts (IT, travel, professional services) Drive indirect spend consolidation on preferred suppliers Build business partner relationships with CMO, CIO, CFO and functional leaders Deliver annual savings through demand management, consolidation, renegotiation Implement spend analytics and P2P governance across all indirect categories globally Develop category management talent within the Indirect team To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications/ experience: Preferably 12+ yrs procurement, with 5+ yrs leading Indirect category portfolios at global scale Deep expertise in IT procurement and/or Marketing procurement Strong executive stakeholder management — influence without authority at C-suite level Demonstrated savings delivery in complex, decentralized environments Experience implementing P2P transformation (catalogues, policies, e-procurement) Total Benefits We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we're committed to providing them with the resources they need to be successful.
