9-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Company: Pinewood Relocations

About Pinewood Relocations

Pinewood Relocations is a specialist relocation management company supporting organisations and their employees through domestic and international moves. We pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalised service, building strong relationships, and ensuring every assignee receives the support they need throughout their relocation journey.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Relocation Specialist to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

The Role

Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will manage a portfolio of domestic and international relocation cases from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for assignees and corporate clients.

You will act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and their families, coordinate relocation services, manage budgets, liaise with suppliers, and maintain accurate case records throughout the relocation process.

This is a fully remote role, with company equipment and systems provided. Candidates must be willing to attend a monthly team meeting in the London area and occasional client meetings when required.

Please note: Due to the nature of global mobility and international relocations, occasional out-of-hours contact may be required. The successful candidate should be comfortable responding to urgent client or assignee calls, emails, or messages when necessary, particularly where time zones or time-sensitive relocation matters are involved. This is not a regular requirement, but flexibility is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international relocation assignments from initiation through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and their families.
  • Coordinate relocation services, including home search, temporary accommodation, settling-in support, departure services, education assistance, household goods shipments, immigration coordination, and bespoke relocation requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assignees, and suppliers.
  • Manage relocation budgets, invoices, and programme costs accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of case management, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on assignment progress.
  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

About You Essential

  • Previous experience within the Global Mobility industry, ideally with a Relocation Management Company (RMC), Destination Service Provider (DSP), relocation supplier, or mobility consultancy.
  • Strong Destination Services experience, including home search support.
  • Experience managing multiple relocation cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, relocation costs, and supplier invoicing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Full right to work in the UK.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting international assignments and complex relocation programmes.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and wider mobility services.
  • Experience using relocation management systems or CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of corporate mobility policies and procedures.
  • Experience working directly with corporate HR or Global Mobility teams.

Why Join Pinewood Relocations?

  • Fully remote working environment.
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Company equipment and systems provided.
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Opportunity to work with a growing and ambitious business.
  • Exposure to a variety of clients and relocation programmes.
  • Monthly team collaboration days in the London area and occasional client meetings when required.
  • Potential opportunity to secure a permanent role upon successful completion of the fixed-term contract.

How to Apply

If you are an experienced relocation professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping people through important life transitions, we would love to hear from you.

Pinewood Relocations is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates regardless of background, identity, or experience.
